This project consists of renovations of the 23,024 GSF Demopolis Armory to include classroom and lab instruction. The Project also includes a 24,846 GSF alternate of renovations and additions to the Demopolis Armory. The new and renovated building function and uses include administrative / common areas, nursing curriculum, welding curriculum, HVAC curriculum, industrial maintenance curriculum, and truck driving curriculum. These educational areas include adjoining laboratory areas for on hands instruction.
