CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR / CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
JMR+H Architecture, PC has an immediate opening for an in-house experienced Contract Administrator / Construction Estimator for performance of job site observations and reporting for project record and Owner communications. Duties include administration duties relative to the Construction Contract, processing of RFI information, submittals review and processing, attendance at Owner / Architect / Contractor meetings along with coordination with the Project Architect in order to provide conformance with the design intent in accordance with the Contract Documents. In addition, Construction Estimating skills and production of Statements of Probable Cost are desired.
