PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA

The Historic Prattville Development Authority retained JMR+H as lead architect for the re-purpose and adaptive re-use of the existing Continental Eagle office building in downtown Prattville, AL. This building would become the consolidated Public Safety Building, housing the administrative offices and training rooms for the City Police, Fire Department and EMA departments.

 Construction on the 28,000 SF facility included site work and parking, exterior envelope upgrades, space reallocation and redesign, and electrical / mechanical systems replacement.
