The open-air design invites guests to walk around, enjoying the beautiful landscaping and boulevard townscape before stopping to eat, shop, or catch a movie.

This site plan incorporated existing buildings in addition to the new movie theater and retail spaces.

LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA

The design of this 30,000 SF community-based outpatient medical facility was a part of the build-to-suit program delivery method by the VA. The facility includes programmed spaces for exam, laboratory, orthopedic, ophthalmology, x-ray, dental, and rehab services as well as administrative support.
