Alterations and additions to Alfa Corporation Executive Office Building and Business Processing Center is a $45 million facility housing complete business protection and continuity functions of Alfa Insurance. The 135,000 SF facility is designed as a Tier III protected building with poured concrete walls, floors and roof structure. The building includes a complete computer data center, as well as classrooms, seminar rooms and administrative support areas. In addition, the existing food service cafeteria was completely renovated to better serve the growing workforce, and the new building was connected to the existing facility with a 600 ft. pedestrian bridge.
